When a repair is coordinated and managed through Riviera Home Watch & Warranty, our commitment doesn't end when the work is completed.
Eligible Riviera-managed repairs are backed by our 12-Month Workmanship & Materials Warranty. If a covered repair fails within 12 months due to defective workmanship or a covered material used as part of the original repair, Riviera will coordinate the corrective work and cover the applicable labour and replacement material costs, subject to the terms of the warranty.
